Fabric Material: Fabric material must be 100% cotton.

Number of Wires: The number of wires in the fabric must be at least 60/cm².

Steam Resistance: The fabric must be resistant to steam autoclave at 134 degrees. It should not shrink or change color under pressurized steam.

Fabric Width: Fabric width must be at least 160 cm and at most 170 cm.

Healthy Dye: The fabric must be dyed with a dye that does not harm health and its color should not change under pressure and temperature.

Bleach Resistance: Should not be affected by 1/3 diluted pure bleach during washing.

Oxidation: There should be no oxidation (color fluctuation) defects on the fabric.

Fibrillation: Fibrillation should not occur after washing and sterilization.

Does not leave stains: The fabric should not leave stains when washed.

Strength: The tensile and tearing strength of the fabric should be 2-3 kg.

Pattern and Thread: The fabric should not have wavy patterns, thread leaks or tears.

Shrinkage: The fabric should have a maximum shrinkage of 4% when washed at high temperatures.

Roll Size: Fabric should be in rolls of 50 or 100 meters.

Color Selection: The color/colors of the fabric will be determined by the institution and notified to the supplier.

Quality Guarantee: The company that meets the demand agrees to replace the material with original, new and durable material in case of production, manufacturing errors, or products that are not suitable for use during and after the delivery phase.

ÜTS Registration: The product tracking system (ÜTS) registration process of the requested material must be completed, documented and the ÜTS code must be indicated on the invoice. If there is no ÜTS record, it must be stated that it is out of scope.

Information Security: The Contractor will carry out the operations in accordance with the Ministry of Health information security policies during the delivery, installation, software and/or configuration stages of the product specified in this technical specification.
